COHESION BUILDING AND ‘THE GREAT GROUP’ by Peter Adler

As part of our “Collaborative Planning & Problem-Solving” Training Series, Ku’ikahi Mediation Center presents COHESION BUILDING AND ‘THE GREAT GROUP.’ Facilitated by Peter Adler, this 1/2-day training takes place from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm in Hilo. “Moments of growth and change are usually triggered by external competitive forces in the marketplace; shifts in the economy; or internal pressures arise from the quest for financial success and excellence,” says Dr. Adler. “Cohesion building requires bringing people together; keeping them together; and helping them produce tangible results. The process involves appropriate strategies, practical tools, and clear-headed methods that aggregate the highest wisdom of a group.” This workshop is recommended for people who lead teams, manage departments, or must steer groups through turbulent times.
