Difficult Conversation Series 4: “Managing the Tide of Generational Divide”

October 5, 2020 @ 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

$30

Presented by Brianna Blackburn and Katie Ranney

Generations are a social construct that help to define and group shared experiences, beliefs and values, approaches to life, and behaviors. Sometimes generational divides at home or in the workplace can be a cause for conflict.

However, we tend to forget that there is a lot of diversity within a generation (socio-economic background, race, personal experience, and culture to name a few). In a time of extreme change and uncertainty, we are all in this shared experience. Join us as we discuss what defines a generation, de-myth stereotypes, and identify how we respond to change and conflict intergenerationally.
