Basic Mediation Training

This four-day course is 24 hours of interactive skills exercises, role playing, and individualized coaching. It introduces participants to the basics of mediation, expands professional development and improves communications skills. Participants learn techniques to help reduce conflict and increase productivity, sharpen negotiation skills and empower people in dispute to reach mutually satisfactory resolutions.

Cost: $600 per person. For each training, the registration fee includes all materials, as well as light refreshments each day and lunch on the last Saturday.

9:00 am – 6:00 pm October 21st & 22nd
9:00 am – 5:00 pm October 23rd
This training will take place at MCP’s Training Institute in-person.
