Difficult Conversation Series 3: “Reinventing Government: A Partner Rather than an Adversary”

September 25, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

$30

Presented by Jerry Clay

We believe that Government’s role needs to transition from adversary to partner. A proven process of problem solving has been tested in the construction industry and applied to solving problems as varied as the Visitor Industry or an incoming Board of Directors for the Hawaii State Bar Association. Partnering can be the game changer. It’s processes eliminate distinctions and replace them with a team spirit and a team vision. Specifically, Partnering needs to be employed to solve Hawaii’s homeless problems. This lecture will review the application of the Partnering process to solve Hawaii’s homeless problems.
