If you have recently taken one of Kimberly Dark’s trainings, YOU’RE INVITED! Prior participation in one or more of these trainings is a pre-requisite: Brilliant Bystander, Unconscious Bias, or Linguistic Re-Framing.
Let’s practice!!! Knowledge without skills can be frustrating. If you have attended Kimberly’s trainings and want more time to try out the skills in a supportive environment, this workshop is for you! In this interactive session, we’ll use small group scenarios and large group discussion to practice the skills to re-route conflict into useful discussion, restore fairness in power conflicts, and encourage others to participate
Kimberly Dark consulted in conflict resolution and facilitation for over 20 years. She is an award-winning writer and storyteller who wants you to reclaim your power as a social creator to make the world a better place. Her ability to make the personal political is grounded in her training as a sociologist, who teaches in Sociology at Cal State San Marcos and Writing/Arts at Cal State Summer Arts. Kimberly lives on Hawai’i Island.
