Workplace Collaboration

Zoom

Presented by Donna R. Ching, PhD, Pacific Center for Collaboration Thursday, March 11, 2021 • 12 Noon - 1 PM Anybody, from the newest office member, to the most tenured supervisor, will benefit from Donna’s lessons. This CADR Brown Bag session will provide tools, skills, and strategies to develop and enhance a safe space that embraces collaboration. Donna will focus on the commitment to really hear and understand diverse and sometimes challenging perspectives, and how that cultivated ability to listen to other people is what it takes to identify commonality and develop group goals people can own. It is in these collaborative environments that people are more motivated and willing to take the lead in areas where they have interest or expertise.
