Hosted by The Mediation Center of The Pacific This three-day course is 24 hours of interactive skills exercises, role playing, and individualized coaching. It builds upon the skills learned in Basic Mediation including enhancing the ability to manage power imbalances and overcoming impasse. Participants learn methods of working with interpreters, attorneys, multiple participants, accommodating persons with disabilities and addressing cultural differences and personality types. For each training, the registration fee includes all materials, as well as light refreshments each day and lunch on Saturday. To register, click here.
