The Ku‘ikahi Mediation Center is pleased to host the seminar “Effective Group Decision Making” with Dr. Randy Hirokawa. Participants will:
- Explore what influences group decision making, how groups make “bad” decisions, and how meetings contribute to faulty group decision making
- Learn how to make effective decisions in one’s own group and six rules for running successful meetings
- Have a chance to assess past group decision making experience and engage in a hands-on exercise in group decision making
