It’s no mistake that there are so many traditions that include food. Whether it’s to celebrate, comfort, or console, food is a way to connect with people. Bake cookies for the office, invite someone over for dinner, or take a friend out for tea. Sharing in lifegiving sustenance is a fabulous act of kindness.
