This presentation by Lance Tanaka will focus on the top myths and misperceptions about arbitration. Participants will also learn how to utilize enhanced clause drafting tools to maintain the time and cost-efficiencies of the arbitration process. As Vice President of American Arbitration Association, Lance Tanaka handles and oversees the administration of cases filed with the Association. Additionally, he is responsible for market development of the AAA’s ADR services in an 11-state region which includes: Arizona, Colorado, Hawai’i, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming. Mr. Tanaka is also responsible for the recruitment and training of arbitrators and mediators for the Association’s Panel of Neutrals.
