The session will examine the role that strategy plays in the organizational adoption of conflict management practices and systems.
Using data from U.S. Fortune 1000 firms, Ariel Avgar, an Associate Professor and Associate Dean at the School of Labor and Employment Relations at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, will present evidence on the link between strategy and conflict management, and address its implications for scholarship and practice.
